Hailey 1/2 charms came with a chip in the acrylic, metal jumper rings were very loose (easy fix with pliers, and the second charms flower appeared very dirty, blue parts were almost brown in color. Did not come off with any cleaning. Shipping time was good, product wasnt overly expensive and at least one of the charms ended up as a good gift once I switched some things around. Threw out 1 charm and 1 flower. Wasnt going to bother returning since they were pretty affordable.
