We will make sure that you’re satisfied before we start embroidery. We will provide you a quote based on your design. Dreamie will email you a link to make a payment on your custom - this price can range from $50 - $300AUD. Once the payment has been processed, we will start working on your design. During this testing process if you decide to add more detail/element, an additional fee might occur. Note that the more detailed the design is the larger the size of the design must be given the nature of embroidering, and this would increase the overall cost. If you’re after a design created from scratch an additional fee will be added for this service. We will send you an image of a test of your design embroidered before we start on the final design, no further changes can be requested during final embroidery. A maximum of two test embroidery can be done. The overall process can take up to 2-4 weeks. Please note that there are limitations on custom designs, please head to our FAQ for more information. If you wish to have more than one custom design on a piece, please note it in the description section. We do not offer refunds for customs if you change your mind during the design process or after receiving the item. We take extra care to create and design the artwork you are after and seek your approval before moving forward, your responsible to us with much detail as possible, failure to do so we are not liable for. Please avoid from using designs that has been created by a small business if you don’t have permission to do so. Each custom will have an embroidered Dreamie logo on the sleeve.
