Refund Policy

Please carefully read through this returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our Website. Please however remember that our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law which we will always stand by.

Returns for collection items
We do not offer refunds on our items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 15 days of receiving your order. If you need to return it for the same or different item, send us an email at hello@dreamie.com.au

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind or ordered an incorrect size. Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these Terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.

Returns for Customs
We do not offer refunds for custom clothing. We take extra care to create and design the artwork you're after and seek approval of the design before we start embroidering.
